The TRU Leaders Initiative 2024

The TRU Leaders Initiative for Young People (TLIY) is a 2-Day College Entrepreneurship Student

Cohort that prepares future leaders for their Entrepreneurial and leadership Journey.

A successful entrepreneur is a visionary, an initiator, an innovator, a challenger and a driver. Conscious entrepreneurs are those that use these attributes to positively impact the future by tackling the environmental, social, and political issues of our time.

Students age ranges from 18-23 are invited to join the 2024 College Entrepreneurship Student Cohort lead by The Malmberg Center for the Advancement of Higher Learning, the Arts and Sciences. At this event, students from across North America will discover, together, what it means to be successful conscious entrepreneurs as they learn how to define problems, devise solutions for impact, identify opportunities to affect change, and turn their ideas into action.

With an environment designed to boost leadership skills that will change lives and communities. This program was started to help shape today’s youth in becoming tomorrow’s leaders.

The TLIY format includes small group discussions, hands-on service learning experiences and exercises designed to enable participants to identify their own core leadership strengths.

When I first started working with Kenneth
I was trying to figure out and clarify the direction I wanted to go...Kenneth helped me clarify my vision, what my message was and how I could influence people differently...

Debra D.

I didn't think I was enough or had enough talent to grow. Working with Kenneth, helped me to realize that I was holding on too tightty and it was me back. Until I had somebody sit with me and talk through those inner fears, those inner conversations that were going through my head I wasn’t able to realize how much I was holding myself back.
